Running a Dive Operation Is a Gas Infrastructure Challenge

Professional dive operations require stable gas supply, safe oxygen handling, and uninterrupted system performance. Liveaboards, dive centers, technical and commercial diving operators face oxygen supply volatility, rising logistics costs, remote downtime, limited technical support, and increasing regulatory pressure. The AirPro+ Series is engineered as an integrated Nitrox infrastructure system that combines compression, drying, filtration, and membrane technology in one compact, industrial-grade solution.

The AirPro Series is a fully integrated Nitrox production system combining an industrial screw compressor, refrigeration drying, triple oil-free filtration, and a hollow fiber membrane oxygen module in one compact unit.

Designed for continuous operation in medium to large diving operations.

System Function

  • Generates Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx)
  • Output range: 300 – 1000 liters per minute
  • Oxygen concentration: up to 40% O₂
  • Continuous industrial-duty operation

The system compresses ambient air, dries and filters it to oil-free breathing air quality, and feeds it into a membrane oxygen module to produce enriched air Nitrox.

Core Engineering

Compression Stage
Industrial screw compressor operated in reduced-performance mode to ensure maximum durability and long service life.

Air Treatment
Triple oil-free filter unit combined with refrigeration dryer for very dry, clean compressed air.

Membrane Module
Special oxygen module (hollow fiber membrane body) with safety valve power limitation for extremely long continuous operation.

Efficiency & Maintenance

  • Energy-saving control
  • High-efficiency compressor element and electric drive
  • Long service intervals
  • Few wearing parts
  • Optimized service access to compressor stage, dryer, and filter system
  • Optional: Tropical kit for operation at very high ambient temperatures.

Application

The AirPro Series is designed for continuous Nitrox production in:

  • Dive centers and training facilities
  • Liveaboard vessels operating in remote locations
  • Technical diving operations
  • Commercial diving operations
  • High-volume recreational diving facilities

It supports both stationary and remote installations where reliability, durability, and simplified operation are critical.
