NRC International manufactures German-made galvanic oxygen sensors for rebreather and CCR (Closed-Circuit Rebreather) diving, partial-pressure electrochemical cells that measure 0–100 Vol.% O₂. Each cell is built with an extra water-repellent head space, the design feature that helps it hold accuracy in the warm, condensation-heavy environment of a closed-circuit breathing loop.
Our range (including the D-21R, D-05R, D-10, D-04, D-05J, D-01N, and APD-14) provides replacement cells for closed-circuit rebreather and analyzer systems such as the Buddy Inspiration, MK-15 / MK-16, Biomarine CCR-1000, SM 1600, and Uwatec Oxy2, and direct equivalents to original Teledyne, Analytical Industries, and Maxtec cells. Connector types vary by model (SMB plug, 2- or 3-pin Molex, miniature contact), so check the rebreather compatibility table and confirm your unit's fitting before ordering.
NRC cells show no interference to helium, hydrogen, or carbon monoxide, so readings stay true on trimix and helium-based mixes, and deliver a linear output across the full measuring range with a fast t90 response (under 5 seconds on most models). Each cell offers an expected operating life of around 500,000 Vol.%·h O₂ (typically 1–3 years in air, depending on use).
