The EXTREME Series is developed for dive operations that must produce Nitrox under challenging infrastructure conditions. When space is limited, power supply is unreliable, or ambient temperatures are high, the EXTREME Series is built to keep Nitrox production stable and operational.

Core Engineering
Membrane Protection (Redundancy)
To protect the membrane body, the EXTREME Series integrates a complete second filter unit. This protects the membrane body from oil damage even in the event of a total failure of the air treatment in the low-pressure compressor.
Low-Pressure Supply Stage
A rotary compressor is used to supply the low-pressure diaphragm.
Alternative Power Operation
If there is not enough power supply, the compressor can be operated with an optionally available combustion engine.
Temperature & Environmental Operation
Thanks to the special compressor principle, unrestricted operation is possible even at high ambient temperatures.
The EXTREME Series works with an external refrigeration dryer for air conditioning. Due to the modular structure, the complete system can be easily adapted to the available space. The large design of the refrigeration dryer guarantees consistently high air quality, even under extreme conditions.
If the power supply is not sufficient, the refrigeration dryer can be operated using an optionally available power unit.

The EXTREME Series is delivered ready for connection. All parts needed for operation are included.

Application
The EXTREME Series is designed for dive operations that require Nitrox production under extreme infrastructure conditions, including remote locations with limited space, unstable power supply, and high ambient temperatures.
The Extreme Series is available in multiple configurations to match different operational capacities and installation constraints.
EXTREME 11 delivers Nitrox production output of up to 450 liters per minute (Nitrox 32%).
EXTREME 15 delivers Nitrox production output of up to 900 liters per minute (Nitrox 32%).
Optional Configuration: For installations with extreme temperature conditions, the Extreme Series can be configured with an optional watercooling connection that integrates with the boat’s water circuit to support stable operation.
